What is typically excluded when you have a sale?

When we have a sale, Black Dog Jewelry, Paul D'Olympia Designs and Wampum and Seaglass are excluded.

How do you ship?

We ship via UPS to addresses within the United States. We do not ship to post office boxes. Rush delivery is available but not guaranteed. Please keep in mind that UPS AIR delivery does not include weekends or holidays. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Please note that in-stock items will ship, in most cases, within 24 hours (weekends not included). Orders placed after noon on Fridays will not ship out until the following Monday. For other shipping methods please call during business hours.

Do you offer in store pick-up?

In store pick-up is available. The ship to address must be a MA address for that option to become available. Please use 53A Main Street, Vineyard Haven, MA 02568 if you don't have another MA address. The item will be available for pick up in Vineyard Haven.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time we are only able to ship to addresses within the United States.

What payment methods do you accept?

We welcome MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. Secure credit card ordering is available 24 hours a day from our online store.
At this time we are unable to accept CB Stark gift cards or store credits online. Please call 1-888-CBSTARK if you would like to use one of these forms of payment.

What is your return policy?

Jewelry in new condition, with a sales slip, is accepted for store credit (no refunds) within fifteen (15) days of purchase. Many items shown are available in other sizes and styles. Custom orders are gladly accepted.

How do I know if an item is in stock or not?

Unfortunately our website does not have the ability to tell you if an item is in stock or not. If an item is out of stock you will receive an email from us in most cases within 24 hours. If you need an item shipped immediately you can call us to check availability.

When will my in-stock items ship if one or more of my items is out of stock?

Orders are shipped complete when all items are avialable. If you need a portion of your shipped before hand please call or email us to arrange additional shipping which will be charged to your account upon approval.

What if I need to return an item?

To return an item, please send the item with a copy of the receipt and a daytime phone number where we can reach you should we have any questions regarding the return. Please let us know if you would like exchange the item or receive a store credit. We do not issue refunds.

What are your store hours?

Our Vineyard Haven store hours are Monday through Saturday 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 and Sunday 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Our Edgartown store hours are Friday through Monday 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

How do I take care of my jewelry?

Is the jewelry I leave with you insured?

We are fully insured through Jewelers Mutual Insurance Company for everything you leave with us.

How do I know what size ring or bracelet to order?

Are your diamonds conflict-free?

We follow all industry standards to be sure that the diamonds we sell are conflict-free.

Are all CB Stark designs made on Martha's Vineyard?

We make many of our designs here on Martha's Vineyard, but due to space limitations our production is done at a casting facility in Massachusetts.

Are the images on my screen the actual size and color?

Due to the variance of monitor resolutions, browsers, and photography techniques, items may vary in color and may appear larger or smaller than actual size.

Do you gift-wrap?

All of our jewelry may be gift-wrapped at no extra charge. When ordering on-line please select the gift wrap button in the shopping cart.

How long does it take to solder a charm on my charm bracelet?

It typically takes about seven to ten business days to solder charms. Occasionally during our busy season, it can take longer, and in the off-season the wait might be less.

Will you solder a charm that I didn’t buy from you on my charm bracelet?

Yes, for a fee we will solder charms that were not purchased from us.

How much does it cost to solder a charm on my charm bracelet?

Charms purchased from CB Stark will be soldered at no charge. We will solder charms not purchased at CB Stark starting at $10 each in sterling silver and $15 each in 14k gold. Additional charges may apply if the charm needs a new jump ring in order to be soldered on the bracelet. If you are adding more than one charm, a discount may apply.

Is all of the jewelry in your store featured online?

While we have a large selection of jewelry online, we are unable to offer online everything we carry in our stores. If you saw something you liked while you were at our store or are looking for something that you do not see online, please call us and we would be happy to assist you in finding what you want.

Do CB Stark beads fit Pandora, Chamilia, or Troll bracelets?

CB Stark beads are designed to fit most of the bead-style bracelets that are available. They do fit Pandora, Troll, Chamilia, and many others. CB Stark beads do not fit Brighton bracelets.

Do you share my private information?

We do not give, sell, or share our customers’ information, including e-mail addresses. If you provide an e-mail address to us, you will receive e-mails for upcoming sales and new products. You may unsubscribe from our list at any time.

What is your warranty?

We stand behind our jewelry. If at any time you feel something has broken due to a manufacturer’s defect, not normal wear and tear, please let us know and we would be happy to assist you with a solution.
