Vineyard Haven • Edgartown (888) 227-8275
This charm is designed to replicate one of the numerous traditional painted wooden town signs that mark the roads of Martha’s Vineyard. Known for its colorful clay cliffs and beauty, the town of Aquinnah is the center of Wampanoag culture and history, as well as the earliest whaling site on the Vineyard. First incorporated under the name Gay Head in 1870, the town was renamed Aquinnah, Wampanoag for “land under the hill," in 1997.
