We ship via UPS to addresses within the United States. We do not ship to post office boxes. Rush delivery is available but not guaranteed. Please keep in mind that UPS AIR delivery does not include weekends or holidays. Please note that in-stock items will ship, in most cases, within 48 hours (weekends not included). Orders placed after noon on Fridays will not ship out until the following Monday. For other shipping methods please call during business hours.
In store pick-up is available. Unless noted your order will be available for pick up in Vineyard Haven. If Edgartown is preferred please let us know. Be aware it can take a day or two to have your order transferred there.

Jewelry in new condition, with a sales slip, is accepted for store credit (no refunds) within forty-five (45) days of purchase. Many items shown are available in other sizes and styles. Custom orders are gladly accepted.
Orders are shipped complete when all items are available. If you need a portion of your order shipped in advance please call or email to arrange additional shipping, which will be charged to your account upon approval.
To return an item, please send it back to us with a copy of the receipt and your daytime phone number so we can reach you should we have questions regarding the return. Please let us know if you would like to exchange the item or be issued a store credit. We do not issue refunds.

We offer most of our rings in a wide range of sizes. If you don’t see your size listed, please give us a call and we’ll let you know if we can make it. If you’re not sure of your size, we recommend you visit a reputable jeweler in your area to be sized, or call us and we’ll mail you a sizing gauge. If you’re buying for a gift and are unsure of the size, you can order the stock size and we can exchange it after the gift has been given (the ring must be in new and unworn condition to be exchanged). If a ring needs to be sized after it has been worn, we can size it for a fee.
Our charm bracelets come in a variety of different sizes. The Signature Charm Bracelets can be made in any length. Please keep in mind that the toggle bracelets need to be slightly longer than normal to function properly.

It typically takes about seven business days to solder charms. Occasionally during our busy season, it can take longer, and in the off-season the wait might be less.
Yes, for a fee we will solder charms that were not purchased from us.
Charms purchased from CB Stark will be soldered at no charge. We will solder charms not purchased at CB Stark starting at $10 each in sterling silver and $15 each in 14k gold. Additional charges may apply if the charm needs a new jump ring in order to be soldered on the bracelet. If you are adding more than one charm, a discount may apply.
While we have a large selection of jewelry online, we are unable to offer online everything we carry in our stores. If you saw something you liked while you were at our store or are looking for something that you do not see online, please call us and we would be happy to assist you in finding what you want.
CB Stark beads are designed to fit most of the bead-style bracelets that are available. They do fit Pandora, Troll, Chamilia, and many others. CB Stark beads do not fit Brighton bracelets.
